How to create a request?

In order to create an application, you need to follow the following instructions:

1. Sеlect the direction of exchange (for example: in the “Giving” column – Ethereum, in the “Receiving” column – Bitcoin) and indicate the amount you want to exchange or receive.

2. Fill in your data in the “Data Entry” column, namely, indicate your e-mail, wallet number (card or account) to which you want to receive money.

3. Click the “Exchange Now” button, after which you will see our transfer details in the pop-up window.

4. Copy our requisites and go to your wallet. insеrt the amount specified in the application and our requisites. Confirm the transfer. Be sure to make the amount has been debited from you.

5. Next, return to our website and confirm the payment by clicking on the “I paid” button. Ready.

6. After creating an application, you will receive an email with the status of your application and you will also be automatically registered on our service. In order to confirm your registration, you need to follow the link provided in the letter. After confirming your registration, you will be able to track the status of applications in your personal account, as well as participate in the referral program and receive discounts.

How long does it take to process an application?

How can I track the status of my application?

You can track the status of your application in your Personal Account in the “My Applications” section.

This information is also available at the email address you provided when creating your application (registration). You will automatically receive messages with information about changes in the status of your application.

I paid for the application, but the money was not credited to my account. What is the reason?

The reasons may be different. In order for the exchange to be completed successfully, please make sure that you have done everything correctly:

1. Check whether you have entered your transfer requisites (wallet, account or card) correctly. If the requisites are entered incorrectly, your application will receive the status “Invalid”, after which you will receive an email describing the reason. If your application is processed with incorrect requisites, a refund is not possible. We recommend that you carefully check the accuracy of the information provided before creating an application;

2. Check whether funds have been debited from your account. If we do not see any receipts from you, the application will be deleted;

3. There may be a delay in the transfer by the payment systеm or bank. In this case, we are unable to speed up the process, we can only wait. To find out the reasons for the delay, you can call or write to the technical support of your payment systеm or bank;

4. All reasons are individual. Therefore, if your reason does not relate to any of the above, you can write to us at info@premier.cash or online support on our website. We are always happy to help!

Why is my application taking so long to process?

1. The exchange is carried out manually by the operator and takes from 15 to 60 minutes. Once payment is received, the application is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The speed of processing an application depends on the workload of our operators. There may also be other reasons:

The first and most common reason is that the application was not created. Remember, if you do not click the “I paid” button, the application is not created and we do not see it in the list of applications awaiting processing. If you accidentally closed or updated a page with this button, write to us online support and we will help you with this problem.

2. Check whether the amount you sent matches the amount specified in the application. Perhaps you did not take into account the commission of the payment systеm or bank, and you did not have enough funds for the transfer. Be careful! If the payment amount differs from the amount specified in the application, the application will receive the “Deleted” status. In this case, also contact online support on our website and we will be happy to help you.

3. Incorrectly specified requisites may also cause a delay in the processing of your application. Please carefully check the requisites provided when submitting your application. If an error is made, we will not be able to transfer funds to you and the application will receive the status “Erroneous”. In this case, send us the correct requisites indicating your application number to info@premier.cash and we will process your application as soon as possible.

4. Check whether you copied our requisites for payment of the application correctly. If payment for the application is not received into our account, your application will receive the “Deleted” status. Also, nowadays there are frequent cases of substitution of addresses on the clipboard. In this case, you must immediately check your computer for viruses and do not use it to make payments until the virus is completely destroyed. If you did not notice the substitution and made a transfer using incorrect details, we, unfortunately, will not be able to help.

Is it possible to cancel an application?

If your application is processed, funds are non-refundable.

If the application has been paid for, but has not yet been completed, you can return your funds (minus the transfer fee) by writing to the online support service of our website.

What are your commissions?

The commissions of our service are already included in the exchange rate and are displayed at the application stage, including the commission for transferring the payment systеm.

I forgot my account password, how can I recover it?

Go to the password recovery page (the “Forgot your password” button) and enter your registered e-mail (login). An email will be sent to your email with a link to confirm your password recovery. You need to open the letter and follow the link. After confirming the password change, you can specify a new password.

The email with the password/account activation did not arrive

If you have not received an email confirmation email within 24 hours from the moment of registration, then, first of all, you need to make sure that you indicated the correct address when registering. In addition, some mail services may perceive such letters as unwanted, mark them as spam, or not deliver them to the addressee at all. To solve the problem, the following points may help you:

1. Make sure that you provided the correct address when registering. To do this, go through the registration procedure again. If a message appears that the email address is busy, it means it was entered correctly;

2. Make sure that you are checking the mailbox that you specified during registration. This point is especially relevant for those who use several electronic mailboxes, or several family members use the computer;

3. Check your Spam folder;

You receive a percentage of referral accruals from the service’s earnings from each of your exchange transactions. You receive rewards only if the service commission for the exchange is more than 0%. If the service does not earn money (there is no commission) in this direction of exchange, you do not receive any reward for the exchange.

What is confirmation from the Bitcoin network?
